Collect a gentle, non-invasive sample from your baby's nappy, seal it securely and return it using the prepaid courier bag.

  • No. The Skin Microbiome Test is a wellness and microbiome analysis tool, not a diagnostic test. It provides insights into the microorganisms present on your skin and patterns within your skin microbiome. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions.

  • The Skin Microbiome Test is designed for anyone who wants to better understand their skin microbiome and take a more personalised approach to skin health. It may be particularly useful if you experience recurring breakouts, sensitivity, dryness, irritation or other changes in your skin and want to understand your skin at a deeper level.

  • Once samples are processed at our partner lab, you will receive your digital report within a few weeks.

  • Yes. The Skin Microbiome Test is designed for simple at home sample collection. You collect your skin sample using the collection patch provided in your kit, then seal it and send it back to us for analysis. No appointment or laboratory visit is required.

  • The test is designed to collect a sample from the skin of the face. The exact collection area and instructions will be provided with your test kit.
